Participating in the Parade is FREE! 

We welcome every business and individual who wants to walk, 

skate, skip, drive a vehicle or decorated float, etc!

Parade lineup will occur on Perkins Drive NW, Warren, OH 44483 beginning at 11AM. 

Parade steps off at 12:00PM, travels down Mahoning Ave. and circles the Courthouse Square grounds and disperses at Harmon Ave NW (across from the Trumbull County Courthouse). 

Total route = 1/2 - 3/4 Mile

 The festival will officially "open" upon conclusion of the parade.

Exact parade details will be sent the week of the festival.

Terms

- All parade participants Must Be Submitted By June 5th, 2024!

- A float is not required for parade participation. Groups of individuals may walk in the parade.

- The consumption of alcohol or other illegal substances is strictly prohibited before and during the parade. Anyone suspected of being in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately.

- The drivers of any vehicles must have liability insurance as well as a valid driver's license to participate.

- Once in the parade lineup, entrant may not leave the procession and must complete the designated route.

- Parade officials have the authority to remove any parade participant for violation of any of the above rules.

By completing this form you agree that you understand the activities of the parade (including pre- and post- parade activities) are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Pride in the Valley event, BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Foundation, Corporation, The City of Warren and their affiliates, volunteers, employees, agents and representatives connected with the parade for any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the actions of the parade participants connected to the group, float or individuals.

Please understand the following items are not permitted to be SOLD and or GIVEN away at our festival:  All LGBTQIA+ Pride Flags (large or small).

BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Foundation, Cooperation is the only vendor allowed to SELL or GIVE AWAY All LGBTQIA+ Pride Flags (large or small).  

This is a fundraiser for BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Foundation, Cooperation the main sponsor and host of Pride in the Valley Festival. 

This fundraiser helps us provide the following to the LGBTQIA+ Community in the Mahoning Valley:

Monthly Peer Support Groups for Youth & Adults 

Non-perishable food, clothing, toiletries, & shower access available for those in need 

LGBTQIA+ Inclusion trainings for area businesses, organizations, schools, first responders, etc. (Contact us) 

"Closet of Change": chest binders, wigs, makeup, and accessories to assist with gender exploration and expression 

Social & community events, including Pride in the Valley 

Providing access to Free HIV testing and PrEP services 

Advocate for policy change 

Case management/referrals as needed for homelessness, medical services, counseling, domestic violence, substance abuse, and more


ANY and ALL vendors who violate this term will be asked to leave the festival and will LOSE any invite to future BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Foundation, Cooperation and Pride in the Valley events.
